What is Rivē Lume?

Rivē Lume is a physician-led concierge medical aesthetics and wellness practice serving Brooklyn and greater New York. Rather than a storefront clinic, treatments are delivered privately at your home or office.

Where do treatments take place? Do you have an office?

Rivē Lume is a concierge practice — your physician comes to you. We offer same-week visits across Brooklyn and Manhattan, with longer-range scheduling for the outer boroughs and surrounding area. Your physician arrives with everything the session requires.

What services do you offer?

We offer injectable aesthetics, IV and vitamin therapy, restorative bodywork and recovery (The Body), and optional memberships. All care is physician-led and delivered privately.

Who performs the treatments?

Care is physician-led. Rivē Lume was founded by Morris Kopyt, M.D., a board-certified physician — you can read more about the practice and the physician. IV therapy is administered by a registered nurse under physician protocol.

How do I get started?

Send a brief note through the Enquire page describing what you are considering. A physician replies personally, typically within one business day, and arranges a complimentary consultation — in person or by video — if it is a good fit. There is no obligation, and memberships are optional.

What happens during a visit?

Your physician arrives at your residence or office with everything the session requires. Most visits run thirty minutes to two hours, depending on the treatment. Treatment notes are documented to clinical standards and held privately — the session leaves no trace beyond your record.

Is there a membership, and how does it work?

Memberships are optional. Monthly plans start at $250 per month — The Body, Maintain, Refine, and The Full — with a three-month minimum, and exist simply to make recurring care easier. You can also book individual visits without joining. See the membership tiers for what each includes.

How much do treatments cost?

Treatment pricing depends on what you need and is discussed openly during your consultation, with no pressure to proceed. Optional memberships start at $250 per month.

Which areas do you serve?

We serve Brooklyn, Manhattan, and greater New York — including neighborhoods such as Park Slope, Williamsburg, Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Carroll Gardens, DUMBO, Greenpoint, Tribeca, SoHo, and the Upper East Side.

How is my privacy protected?

Discretion is central to the practice. This website is not a patient portal and does not store protected health information. Clinical care and records are handled separately under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and described in our Privacy Policy.
