    You share a brief note — what you're considering, when you'd like to be seen, anything we should know. No medical history is required at this stage.

  2. A Direct Reply

    Within one business day, Dr. Kopyt replies personally to the email you provided. Not a sales team. Not an automated message.

  3. A Consultation

    If it feels right, we schedule a complimentary consultation — in person at your home or office, or by video, whichever suits you. No charge, no obligation.

  4. A Plan, If You Want One

    After the consultation, you receive a written plan tailored to what you actually need. You decide whether and when to move forward. Memberships are optional.
